For some families in our community, the holidays are less than joyful. Toshua, for example, doesn't always have the means to provide for her five children.
Toshua is a single mom who's been through a lot lately. Not long ago, she had to stop working after undergoing an operation to remove a tumor on her heart. She's been forced to support her family on her small, monthly disability assistance checks ever since. Not surprisingly, she can't always afford enough groceries for everyone in her family.
Sadly, stories like Toshua's are common in our community—but your gift can make a difference. A gift of $50 will provide 250 meals for families like Toshua's.
Your gift of any amount will make a real difference in the lives of our neighbors on the brink of losing hope. Every $1 you give provides 5 meals for someone in need!
Because of you, Toshua and her family and so many more, have something to be thankful for—a table full of food.
Thank you for making a difference.
