	Yes, We will participate in Tarrant Area Food Bank's Food & Fund Drive.
	We are unable to have a Food Drive this year. We are making a cash donation.
	Dates of our Food & Fund Drive: to .
	We will deliver our collected foods to: Tarrant Area Food Bank, 2600 Cullen St., Fort Worth, 76107 A Fort Worth Fire Department Station including the Alliance area, Everman, Forest Hill and Lakeland (Applicable only during November & December. If possible, please deliver during daylight hours.)
	We will collect at least 750 pounds of food and would like it to be picked up as indicated on the Transportation Form we are submitting now.* (See link below.)
	* If you plan to collect 750 pounds or more, please complete and submit the Transportation Form now even if the desired pick-up date is still to be determined.
	We need Posters to publicize our food drive.
	We will pick up Food Collection  Boxes. When assembled, boxes are 3 ft x 2 ft square. The flat boxes fit in most cars, trucks and SUVs. Location/Directions and Hours for picking up boxes.
	We would like to schedule a Food Bank speaker.
	We plan to create promotional materials and will email them to the TAFB Marketing Office for review.
	Our food drive is for the public. If we want our drive promoted in TAFB's social media/website, we will read the Cause Marketing Partnership Guidelines and complete the Mutual Marketing Agreement form.
	Ideas for promoting a food drive are at Food Drive Tips.
	We want to Kick the Can the First Friday of November. (Please also complete the Kick the Can Registration Form and email or fax it to Tarrant Area Food Bank.)
	We can bring 10-20 volunteers to inspect and sort cans at Tarrant Area Food Bank. Call JoAnn, Volunteer Coordinator, to schedule your time (817-332-9177).
	We want information on other volunteer opportunities at the Food Bank.

DELIVERY OF FOOD DRIVE ITEMS

If at all possible, please deliver food drive items to Tarrant Area Food Bank, 2600 Cullen Street, Fort Worth 76107.

In November and December only, food drive collections of less than 750 pounds can be dropped off at the nearest Fort Worth Fire Department Station, including the Alliance area (7 stations), Everman, Forest Hill and Lakeland.

For Tarrant Area Food Bank or its volunteers to provide transportation, at least 750 pounds must have been collected. Please fax the Transportation Form two weeks in advance of the desired pick-up date.

During November and December, any transportation provided by Tarrant Area Food Bank volunteers will be handled by ZIP Code on designated dates.
