Class 13 graduates with every student who entered the course

Class 13 is the first to have 100 percent of the entering students graduate. Class members did their internships at Tokyo Cafe, Magnolia Motor Lounge, Billy Bob's, Colonial Country Cub, Reata, Our Daily Bread (soup kitchen) in Denton, Chop House Burgers and Zorro's.

 

News from Graduates

Two graduates, Ralf Diaz of Class 8 and James Brodie, or "JB," of Class 12, are employed with Legends Hospitality to work in food services for the Dallas Cowboys at their new stadium in Arlington.

Class 11 - Ryan Patterson is employed at the Great Wolf Lodge. Tanner Peters is working at Buttons restaurant and will join other Buttons employees catering food in the Cowboys stadium during Super Bowl XLV on February 6, 2011.

Class 1 - In Spring 2010 Catherine, who has been employed at Colonial Country Club for three years, has been promoted to sous-chef, direct assistant to the executive chef.

 

Class 12

Community Kitchen Class 12 graduated 10 students November 6, 2010. Students did their two-week internships at the following sites: SafeHaven, Harris Hospital, Cowboys Stadium, Milano's, Fresh From The Oven, Billy Bob's Texas, Ol' South Pancake House, Day Break Cafe, Tokyo Cafe, and Hatch's Corner.
