Logo Guidelines

Food Bank Logo and Feeding America Logo

The Tarrant Area Food Bank logo usually appears in combination with the logo of Feeding America, the national network of food banks that monitors and supports regional food banks. This co-branding with the national organization assures the community that Tarrant Area Food Bank and its partner agencies meet high standards of performance in receiving and distributing food and in other aspects of nonprofit management.

Clear Space

A minimum clear space around the Tarrant Area Food Bank logo is designated so it does not compete visually with other graphic elements.

On a website, the clear space must be at least 15 pixels on each side.

For printed documents, the surrounding clear space must be 1/4 inch from the major elements of the combined logo.

Sizing Logo

The Tarrant Area Food Bank/Feeding America logo should be no smaller than 1-1/16 inch wide by 1-5/8 inches high.  This smallest size is among the options you can download.

When using the JPG file format for websites, be sure to do any resizing of the logo in a graphics software that allows setting of height and width by inches or pixels.  Do Not resize by using the "handles" on the image; this creates jagged edges on letters and distorts the graphic.

Smallest JPG size for web [80 pixels (1.116 inches) wide X 117 pixels (1.625 inches high)]

Largest JPG Size for web [292 pixels (4.056 inches) wide X 425 pixels (5.903 inches high)]

JPGs - Printing (300 resolution)

Vertical Format for printing - Largest size from this file should be no more than 1217 pixels (4.057 inches) wide X 1769 pixels (5.904 inches) high.

EPS - Vertical Format

An EPS file can be used by professional printers and graphic artists for printed pieces. This file can also be resized in graphics software such as Adobe Illustrator or PhotoShop and changed to a JPG if the smallest file above is not large enough for your web needs.

(Note: Some browsers try to save files with an eps extension as ".ps." After right clicking on the link below and clicking on "Save Target As," but before downloading this eps logo file to your computer, please change the ps back to eps in your File Name field of the Save As dialogue pop-up AND change the Save As Type field to "All Files.")
