Tarrant Area Food Bank (TAFB) is a regional,
nonprofit distributor of surplus, donated food and non-food products.
As a partner of America's
Second Harvest, we serve 300 nonprofit hunger-relief
and social service agencies and programs in the Fort Worth/Dallas
area of north Texas. Our network of agencies feeds children, the
elderly, the severely disabled, victims of AIDS and other chronic
diseases, victims of abuse, the working poor and the unemployed.
 
Agency Network
The TAFB network provides assistance in the form of bags of groceries
to take home, hot meals served on-site, or snacks served during
a group activity.
Each month, on average,
the network distributes food to 35,000 households and serves more
than 500,000 meals and snacks.

Tarrant, and Wise.
