Piranha Killer Sushi
Raising Awareness & Funds to Fight Hunger
Piranha Killer Sushi, located at 335 W. 3rd Street, Fort Worth, Tx 76102, is going new "school"! They closed their doors Sunday, May 5th for renovation and will re-open Wednesday, June 5th.
On June 5th stop in to see the revamped Piranha's and stay for lunch or dinner, 100% of food sales will benefit Tarrant Area Food Bank.

Lake Worth Boat and Ski Club
Family Fun Day & Open House
You're invited to take part in family-friendly festivities and an open house at the Lake Worth Boat and Ski Club on Saturday, June 8, from 1 p.m. - 10 p.m. Food and entertainment such as waterslides, live bands, volleyball, face painting and more will be provided.
For adults 18 and up admission to the grounds is six non-perishable canned or boxed food items that will be collected at the event and donated to Tarrant Area Food Bank.

Texas House of Hotrods
7th Annual Food Drive & Car Show
Car enthusiasts can share their passion with family and friends at the Texas House of Hotrods Food Drive & Car Show on Saturday, June 22nd. Food, entertainment, cars, bikes and trucks are scheduled for the event.
In addition to increasing awareness of local car clubs, the Texas House of Hotrods is helping TAFB in the fight against hunger. Admission to the event is the donation of one non-perishable food item at the door.

Fiesta Stores
Gánale al hambre!
Fiesta, Tarrant Area Food Bank (TAFB) and North Texas Food Bank are teaming up to combat hunger in the DFW area.
Look for a display rack or table decorated with posters from the Tarrant Area Food Bank and the North Texas Food Bank at your local Fiesta store. Information on the donation program will be provided at the tables as well as at check out. Checkers will ask customers if they would like to donate one paper bag, containing up to $4.81 worth of food, to the food bank in their area. Food contents will change each month. The program will run through 2013.

A Taste of Tarrant County
The Mayors' Council of Tarrant County invites you to help Tarrant Area Food Bank by purchasing a keepsake cookbook available NOW for $20.00! All proceeds will go to TAFB to help feed children in need.
Recipes are from local Mayors, County Commissioners and Judges as well as from local celebrities including Chef Jon Bonnell of Bonnell's Fine Texas Cuisine and baseball great Nolan Ryan.
